Tom and Amanda had been planning their California vacation for months, but little did Amanda know how much more Tom was planning for this trip. Tom and I spoke over the phone for weeks trying to find just the right location for him to pop the question, and he envisioned proposing at some gorgeous winery in Napa Valley.
When we got to the second stop on their tasting schedule, Domaine Chandon, everything felt right. The friendly staff, the beautiful views, and the little tucked away areas on the hillside were just what Tom had hoped to find. And next it was time to call the family! Tom had asked Amanda’s Dad for his blessing the day before, but her Mom found out over the phone moments after it happened… Tom and Amanda also joined the wine club at Chandon, and look forward to receiving their club shipments as sweet reminders of their amazing day. We took a few more shots on the grounds at the winery… Tom and Amanda in that “newly engaged” bliss…. Next we stopped at a couple other Napa wineries and snuck away into the vineyards to wrap up this incredible day!
